One of my favorite things about autumn is the change in temperature. Don't get me wrong, I love summer, but when it's beautiful outside, the sun is shining, and people are out riding their bikes or grabbing a beer on a patio, it's hard to think of any good reasons to stay home. In fact, when the weather is too beautiful, I feel guilty staying in.

But that's why fall is delightful. The nights are chilly, the sky turns gray, and that nagging urge to be socializing at all times goes away.

For introverted folks, the autumnal months are the perfect time to strengthen your cozy teatime game, beef up your bed covers, and curl up in the comfort of your home. Relish the joys of staying home and if you're lucky, a distant thunderstorm will sing you to sleep. Gladly, we turn down offers to go out and socialize because, quite frankly, it doesn't get much better than this. Stay home, feel rested, and be comfortable–because it's introvert season.
